Shipping policy

Every order ships from our studio in Nahant, Massachusetts.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 3–5 business days. We're a small studio, and each order is assembled and wrapped by hand rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

During launches, restocks, and holiday periods this can stretch a little. If your order will take longer than expected, we'll email you rather than leave you wondering.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going.

Delivery time

Once shipped, US orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guarantees, particularly around holidays.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours of that email, check your spam folder.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We'd love to reach further, and we're working on it — if you're outside the US and would like to order, email lilia@maisonleafandledger.com and we'll let you know when we can.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always help you chase one.

Taxes

Massachusetts sales tax is applied at checkout where required by law.
