Welcome to Maison Leaf & Ledger. By using maisonleafandledger.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

This site is operated by LFJ Choublak Collective LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company trading as Maison Leaf & Ledger. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to that company.

Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, scrape, or resell any part of it without our written permission.

Products and availability

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors vary between screens and many of our pieces are made in small batches, so slight variation between items is normal rather than a fault.

Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time.

Pricing and errors

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed. We'll always tell you if this happens.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

Returns and shipping

Intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, text, and the Maison Leaf & Ledger name and logo are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork on it.

Products carrying other brands remain the intellectual property of those brands.

Third-party links

Our site may link elsewhere. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't run.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability we can't lawfully limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Massachusetts will handle any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the one that applies.
